It's so hard to be sure--the texture of the dream is definitely made of words, and I woke up with these phrases in my mind . . . but then dreams are so slippery, and as soon as we wake up we start adapting them, even when they're <i>not</i> made of words . . . but I really do think that this is mostly what I saw/experienced/read when I was dreaming.
